Décor Setup Support **Starting at $300 · Up to 3 Hours** Have your décor ready but need an extra set of experienced hands to bring everything together? Décor Setup Support provides hands-on assistance with transporting agreed-upon items, arranging personal décor, and preparing designated areas according to your instructions. This service is ideal for couples who have purchased or collected their own decorations and need help placing them at the venue or in an approved hotel suite. **What's Included** - **Décor Placement Plan:** Review the décor items, setup instructions, venue access time, and designated setup areas with you before the event. - **Personal Décor Placement:** Arrange approved, pre-assembled décor items according to your instructions and the venue's guidelines. - **Table Styling:** Place supplied table linens, table numbers, favors, and small centerpieces on designated tables. - **Signage and Welcome Areas:** Position welcome signs, seating charts, guest books, card boxes, and other agreed-upon decorative items. - **Sweetheart Table Styling:** Arrange supplied décor, candles, and decorative accents on the sweetheart table. - **Ceremony Décor Placement:** Position an approved aisle runner and lightweight, pre-assembled aisle décor where permitted by the venue. - **Hotel Suite Styling:** Place agreed-upon personal décor items in a hotel suite, subject to hotel approval and access. - **Décor Transport, When Agreed in Advance:** Transport approved décor items to the venue when the route, quantities, vehicle requirements, and timing have been confirmed beforehand. **How the Service Works** Before your event, we will review what needs to be placed, where each item belongs, and what can reasonably be completed within four hours. All items must be ready for placement, with instructions and necessary supplies provided in advance. **Best For** Couples who have their décor purchased or prepared and need assistance with placement, styling, and setup without hiring a full wedding coordinator. **Important Details** This package covers décor setup only; it does not include wedding-day coordination, vendor management, ceremony oversight, guest assistance, food or beverage service, or event cleanup. Packing up décor, removing items after the event, and teardown are not included unless specifically added in writing. Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable retainer of $50 is required to reserve your ceremony date and time. This retainer secures your booking and covers scheduling, preparation, and reserved availability. Rescheduling One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 14 days prior to the scheduled ceremony date. Additional reschedule requests are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the ceremony are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Cancellations All retainers and payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Cancellations made within 7 days of the ceremony may be responsible for the remaining balance due, as your date and time have been reserved exclusively for your event. In the rare event Ever After By Lenin must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, all payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer will be refunded or applied toward a future ceremony date. A $75 late ceremony fee may apply when the ceremony is delayed due to the couple, guests, or wedding party not being ready at the scheduled time. If the ceremony or event extends beyond the contracted service period, additional time will be charged at $75 per hour, subject to the officiant's availability. Additional time is not guaranteed, particularly when another ceremony or appointment is scheduled afterward. If the ceremony cannot proceed within the reserved time, the officiant reserves the right to leave at the end of the contracted service period. The client remains responsible for the full contracted fee, including the reserved service time and agreed-upon travel charges, even if the ceremony does not take place due to the client's delay or lack of readiness. Any applicable late fees or additional time charges are due immediately when incurred. Marriage License & Legal Paperwork The couple is responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license before the ceremony and ensuring it is available for the officiant as required. The officiant is responsible for completing and submitting the marriage paperwork to the appropriate county office within 10 days following the ceremony, in accordance with applicable requirements. At least one witness with valid identification must be present, unless an applicable legal exception or alternative procedure is confirmed with the appropriate county office in advance. By booking, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
