Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable retainer of $50 is required to reserve your ceremony date and time. This retainer secures your booking and covers scheduling, preparation, and reserved availability. Rescheduling One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 14 days prior to the scheduled ceremony date. Additional reschedule requests are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the ceremony are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Cancellations All retainers and payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Cancellations made within 7 days of the ceremony may be responsible for the remaining balance due, as your date and time have been reserved exclusively for your event. In the rare event Ever After By Lenin must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, all payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer will be refunded or applied toward a future ceremony date. By booking, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
