Meet Lenin
Las Vegas has been my home for over 34 years, and serving this community has become an important part of who I am. My husband and I started Ever After by Lenin with a shared vision: to help people celebrate life's meaningful moments, navigate important details, and feel supported through every step of the process. We are truly honored whenever someone chooses us to be part of their special day or trusts us with an important need. As a bilingual officiant fluent in English and Spanish, I especially love helping couples and multicultural families feel included and connected. Being able to communicate in both languages allows me to create a more welcoming experience where everyone can feel part of the moment.
My professional background spans from customer service, finance, project management, tourism, mobile notary services, certified document preparation, apostille assistance, party rentals, and life celebrant services. Each experience has taught me the value of being organized, dependable, attentive, and compassionate. But more than anything, I've learned that behind every appointment, document, celebration, and wedding is a person who deserves to feel heard, respected, and cared for.
Ever After by Lenin was inspired by an experience that changed the way I viewed wedding ceremonies. While attending a wedding, I noticed there had been no rehearsal or consultation with the couple, and even the officiant's delivery felt impersonal when the couple's names were mispronounced. I left thinking, There has to be a better way. That experience inspired me to create the kind of service I would want for my own loved ones.
Today, officiating weddings is more than a service I provide; it is a passion I hold close to my heart. I believe every couple deserves to feel comfortable, valued, and celebrated. Wedding Day Oversight is designed for couples who need hands-on professional support during their wedding or a scheduled celebration, such as a rehearsal dinner. It is especially helpful for couples planning a Las Vegas destination wedding from out of state who want a reliable point of contact on-site to help keep the event organized.

Important Details
This service does not include comprehensive pre-wedding vendor follow-up, full timeline creation, guest services, food or beverage service, cleaning, or post-event teardown. Décor placement is limited to the items and tasks agreed upon before the event.
“Starting at” means the final price depends on location, travel, item quantity, venue access, setup complexity, and the hours required. Additional hours are $175 per hour, subject to availability and approval.

Full Wedding Coordination
Starting at $1,000 up to 6 hours
Enjoy your wedding day knowing that the details, logistics, and transitions are being handled with care. Full Wedding Coordination is designed for couples who have selected their venue and booked their vendors but want professional guidance to bring everything together.
Beginning eight weeks before your wedding, I will work with you to review your plans, follow up with your selected vendors, confirm important logistics, and develop a practical wedding-day timeline. My role is to help ensure everyone understands the plan and that your event flows as smoothly as venue rules, vendor agreements, and real-time circumstances allow.

Eight Weeks of Pre-Wedding Coordination: Organized follow-up and preparation beginning eight weeks before your wedding date.

Three Planning Meetings: An initial coordination meeting, a mid-planning check-in, and a final review approximately one week before the wedding. Meetings may be held remotely or in person, as agreed.

Vendor Communication and Follow-Up: Contact your already-booked vendors to confirm services, arrival times, setup requirements, key contacts, and other agreed-upon logistical details. Vendor contracts, payments, and service decisions remain the couple's responsibility.

Wedding-Day Timeline Creation: Develop a customized schedule outlining key moments, vendor arrivals, setup, ceremony cues, reception transitions, and other agreed-upon events.

Final Detail Review: Review important wedding details with you, identify outstanding questions, and communicate the finalized schedule and relevant logistics to participating vendors.

Final Week Preparation: Complete a final coordination check-in approximately one week before the wedding and confirm outstanding logistics with vendors. Reasonable communication the day before the wedding is included for final agreed-upon details.

My Role on Your Wedding Day
I help keep the agreed-upon plan moving, communicate timing updates, coordinate with your booked vendors, and respond to routine logistical adjustments. I work within the venue's rules, contracted vendor services, and available access times.
Important Details
This package does not include full-service wedding planning from the beginning, booking or negotiating with vendors, making payments on the couple's behalf, catering, bartending, guest transportation, childcare, cleaning, or complete décor installation. Additional hours are $175 per hour, subject to availability and approval. Services beyond the listed scope may be quoted separately.
Decor Setup Support
Starting at $300 · Up to 3 Hours
Have your décor ready but need an extra set of experienced hands to bring everything together? Décor Setup Support provides hands-on assistance with transporting agreed-upon items, arranging personal décor, and preparing designated areas according to your instructions.
This service is ideal for couples who have purchased or collected their own decorations and need help placing them at the venue or in an approved hotel suite.

Décor Placement Plan: Review the décor items, setup instructions, venue access time, and designated setup areas with you before the event.

Personal Décor Placement: Arrange approved, pre-assembled décor items according to your instructions and the venue's guidelines.

Table Styling: Place supplied table linens, table numbers, favors, and small centerpieces on designated tables.

Signage and Welcome Areas: Position welcome signs, seating charts, guest books, card boxes, and other agreed-upon decorative items.

Sweetheart Table Styling: Arrange supplied décor, candles, and decorative accents on the sweetheart table.

Ceremony Décor Placement: Position an approved aisle runner and lightweight, pre-assembled aisle décor where permitted by the venue.

Hotel Suite Styling: Place agreed-upon personal décor items in a hotel suite, subject to hotel approval and access.

Décor Transport, When Agreed in Advance: Transport approved décor items to the venue when the route, quantities, vehicle requirements, and timing have been confirmed beforehand.
How the Service Works
Before your event, we will review what needs to be placed, where each item belongs, and what can reasonably be completed within four hours. All items must be ready for placement, with instructions and necessary supplies provided in advance.
Best For
Couples who have their décor purchased or prepared and need assistance with placement, styling, and setup without hiring a full wedding coordinator.
Important Details
This package covers décor setup only; it does not include wedding-day coordination, vendor management, ceremony oversight, guest assistance, food or beverage service, or event cleanup. Packing up décor, removing items after the event, and teardown are not included unless specifically added in writing.
Large floral installations, heavy furniture, ladders or elevated installations, electrical work, balloon installations, and complex assembly are excluded unless agreed upon in advance. All décor placement is subject to venue approval and safety requirements. Additional hours are $175 per hour, subject to availability and approval.
